1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoEventBooking, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

GoEventBooking provides an online ticketing and event management platform. We act as a middleman between event organizers and ticket buyers. We are not responsible for the actual event, its quality, or any cancellations made by the organizer.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any illegal activities or to promote illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, destabilize, or adapt the platform.
• Reselling tickets purchased on our platform at a higher price without explicit organizer consent.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). Refund policies are determined entirely by the specific Event Organizer. GoEventBooking does not issue refunds directly unless an event is permanently cancelled and funds have not yet been disbursed to the organizer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Verified Organizers

GoEventBooking provides a Verified Organizer badge only after completing our internal verification process. This process may include reviewing the organizer's previous events, evaluating upcoming events, communicating directly with the organizer, and collecting the necessary business and identity information.

The Verified Organizer badge indicates that the organizer has successfully completed our verification process at the time of approval. However, it does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or assurance regarding the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or successful execution of any event.

GoEventBooking shall not be held liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, cancellation, financial loss, disputes, or other issues arising from events organized by any organizer, including those with a Verified Organizer badge. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment before making any purchases or participating in an event.

7. Third-Party & Social Media Event Listings

GoEventBooking may share or promote events happening across the city, including events sourced from public platforms such as Instagram and other social media channels, to help users discover local events.

These events are organized by independent third parties and are not organized, managed, endorsed, or verified by GoEventBooking unless explicitly stated otherwise or marked with an official Verified Organizer badge.

GoEventBooking is not responsible for any fraud, scams, cancellations, disputes, misleading information, financial losses, injuries, or damages resulting from attendance at or transactions related to such third-party events. Users are advised to verify the authenticity of event organizers and exercise appropriate caution before making any payments or commitments.
