Stall bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the full booking amount or the agreed advance payment.

Vendors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their stalls within the timings specified by the organizer.
Each vendor must keep their stall clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the event.
Sale of illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, prohibited, or objectionable products is strictly prohibited.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required for their business or products.
The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons, products, equipment, or personal belongings.
Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their own stock, cash, displays, and equipment.
Subletting or sharing of stalls without prior written approval from the organizer is not permitted.
Electricity, tables, chairs, and other facilities will be provided only if included in the booking package.
Vendors must comply with all event rules, fire safety regulations, and instructions issued by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any stall or vendor found violating these terms or engaging in misconduct, without refund.
Loud music, unauthorized promotions, or activities causing inconvenience to other participants or visitors are not allowed.
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or event property by them or their representatives.
The organizer is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by natural disasters, government orders, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
By booking a stall, the vendor agrees to abide by all the above terms and conditions.
